Description of treatment

Be Forest is a company specialized in the design and implementation of programs that improve people’s health and well-being. These experiences are based on the practice of Forest Bathing. 

What is Forest Bathing? Forest Bathing is a Japanese practice, developed in the eighties and currently part of their national health program.

How are they done? During a quiet walk in a forest, relaxation techniques are used to slow down the body and mind, in order to facilitate the connection with nature through the senses to obtain multiple benefits.

In recent years there have been several investigations that scientifically prove the impact that these practices have on our mental and physical health.


  • Reduction of the cortisol level (stress hormone).
  • Balancing of blood pressure 
  • Boosts the immune system (due to the proliferation of lymphocytes). 
  • Helps regulate sleep cycles
  • Increased mood
  • Helps to enhance different cognitive processes, such as concentration.

  • Schedule: 10 am or 6 pm

  • Sports shoes, sun hat, raincoat and water
