Since the beginning of her career in 1993, Eva Grau has understood that food is much more than a tool for looking good: it is the basis for feeling good and being in balance with oneself. With this comprehensive vision, she has combined her studies in dietetics, nutrition and advanced aesthetics with ongoing training in wellness techniques, with the aim of offering personalised care to each person who places their trust in her. In this interview, she talks about her Nutrireset by Eva Grau programme, which helps transform habits and discover a new lifestyle, and shares her vision on the latest trends in the sector.
About the history and philosophy of the centre
Eva, how did the Nutrireset project come about and what inspired you to create it?
The name Nutrireset came about when I observed how, with small changes in diet, such as giving up processed foods and fast food and returning to enjoying Mediterranean cuisine and produce, what we now call ‘healthy food’, the people who came to my clinic not only improved their physical appearance but also felt much better. I realised that it was like a reset, a ‘reset’ in their nutrition. That’s why Nutrireset: a nutritional reset to recover the essence of who we are and how we want to feel.
What is the philosophy behind the centre?
Honesty. Not creating false expectations. I am always sincere, both in terms of nutrition and facial treatments. If you deceive someone, the person who trusts you may end up feeling worse and frustrated, thinking that it is their fault for not achieving the expected results. For me, the key is to listen and be clear from the outset, tell the truth and accompany them with empathy and responsibility.
How would you describe the experience a person has when they come in for the first time?
I think the reviews my clients leave explain it best. They all agree on the treatment, how they feel listened to and supported. More than a visit, it’s an experience. They experience it as a space where they can trust, relax and see real results, with a lot of love and professionalism.
The Nutrireset plan by Eva Grau: start the change!
With the Nutrireset Plan, I want to accompany people on their journey towards a healthier and more balanced life, helping them to reflect a more beautiful and vital image. Through simple and effective eating habits, combined with physical activity tailored to each individual, every step becomes a real improvement. That’s why I design personalised plans with weekly menus adapted to each person’s goals. It’s not just a physical transformation, but also a mental one. New habits are established that become a lifestyle.
What is the support process you offer like?
I combine face-to-face and virtual consultations with personalised follow-up via WhatsApp. I am available to answer questions or adjust the plan at any time, both in the Nutrireset programme and in Beauty Coach.
What changes do people who follow you usually notice? And how long does it take?
The first changes often come during the first week, as long as the person is committed to them. Some changes are more visible, while others are felt internally: more energy, better digestion, improved sleep… The key is consistency and, above all, being very honest with yourself. There are no miracles, just commitment and real support.
Why do you think this type of programme works better than conventional ones?
Because it’s not just about following a plan, but about understanding and providing emotional support. I was one of the first to train as a nutritional coach and in mindful eating. This training has given me the tools to listen, understand and support without judging. People feel safe and understood, which makes them move forward with more confidence. This makes a big difference.
Can both people who live in Andorra and travellers who come to spend a few days in the country participate?
Of course. The only thing that changes is the format: the consultation is virtual instead of face-to-face. I need to see the person, talk to them and understand their reality. From there, the support is exactly the same. Only the format changes, not the substance.
Other Nutrireset Services
In addition to the Nutrireset Plan, what other services do you offer in collaboration with Andorra Health Destination?
Signature by Eva Grau
A ritual that combines body massage with essential oils and facial massage. It is an experience of deep relaxation, beauty and well-being. A moment to pause and reconnect with yourself.
Aura of Youth
A collection of facial treatments designed to revitalise and rejuvenate the skin. It improves the radiance, firmness and natural beauty of the face. Each session is completely personalised.
How do these treatments help improve people’s wellbeing?
When you connect with the person, you convey peace. And that calm is essential, it promotes relaxation, and is fundamental to the success of the treatment. I always say that if a treatment does not make you feel comfortable, it needs to be adjusted. Relaxed facial muscles improve circulation and oxygenation, reduce wrinkles and bring luminosity and openness to the eyes. The result? More luminous skin and a more even tone.
Are all the products you use natural? Why is this important to you?
I work with products that use the same language as our skin. It’s not about using lots of active ingredients, but about understanding how the skin works and how it can regenerate with intelligent help. I use biomimetic cosmetics, which mimic the biology of the skin and synchronise with its cells.
Trends in the wellness and health sector
How has the world of beauty and wellness changed in recent years?
It has changed a lot. We now have more resources, greater knowledge and more precise options. Before, creams were divided into three categories. Today we can address very specific needs. And the same is true for equipment and facial massage techniques. All of this requires us to constantly educate ourselves.
What trends do you think will shape the future of the sector?
Extreme personalisation, holistic experience and emotional connection with the client. Good service is no longer enough; it is necessary to make the person feel listened to, cared for, unique and special. There is also growing awareness of sustainability and the use of products that are respectful of the body and the planet, and the incorporation of technology to improve diagnosis and management. Always innovate, but without losing the essence: listen, care and make every visit a celebration.
Do you think people are increasingly looking for natural and personalised experiences?
Absolutely. We live very fast-paced lives. People no longer want to ‘come for a massage’; they want to have an experience that helps them disconnect, take care of themselves and feel better. Many women tell me, ‘I don’t have time for myself.’ That’s why, when they come to the centre, they don’t just want to take care of their skin, they want to have a moment for themselves. A facial is no longer just a treatment: it’s their space of peace. And if you also improve your skin, you get excited. Many have integrated this habit into their routine, and that’s what really transforms them.
