a) Data controller: ANDORRA HEALTH DESTINATION (hereinafter, “ADI”), registered in the Register of Companies of the Principality of Andorra under number 12789 and in the Register of Commerce of the Principality of Andorra under number 921062 M, with tax registration number 707941-B and registered office at: carrer de la Grau, s/n, edifici Prat del Rull, 2a planta, AD500 Andorra la Vella. It is the company responsible for the processing of any personal data that you provide us with by filling in the information or application forms that this entity makes available to you on the website www.healthdestination.ad or in paper format.
b) Data Protection Officer: you may contact ADI’s Data Protection Officer by email at info@healthdestination.ad. - File declared in accordance with Andorran legislation before the Data Protection Agency of the Principality of Andorra. In compliance with the requirements of Law 15/2003 of 18 December 2003 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LCPD”) and the regulations that develop it, ADI informs you that any personal data you provide us with will become part of the corresponding files owned by ADI, duly registered with the Data Protection Agency of the Principality of Andorra.

3.1.- Purposes of processing
ADI may process your personal data for the purposes described below:
a) By means of the contact form that ADI places at your disposal on the website www.healthdestination.adpara so that you can make requests for information, queries or complaints, this entity will collect and process your personal data in order to be able to manage your request, as well as to carry out all the formalities or procedures necessary to process the same.
b) Through the “Newsletter” section that ADI places at your disposal on the website www.healthdestination.ad, this entity will collect and process your personal data in order to send you electronic commercial communications as well as, where appropriate, commercial communications by post, relating to its services and activities in general.
c) By means of the contact form that ADI makes available on the website www.healthdestination.ad, you can request to subscribe to ACTUA clusters. ADI will collect and process your personal data in order to manage your request, as well as to carry out all the formalities or procedures necessary to process it.
d) By means of the contact form “To start your project”, which ADI makes available on the website www.healthdestination.ad so that you can make requests for information or enquiries, this entity will collect and process your personal data in order to be able to manage your request, as well as to carry out all the formalities or procedures necessary to process it.
e) By means of the “Barcelona Tech City” contact form, which ADI places at your disposal on the website www.healthdestination.ad so that you can make requests for information or queries, this entity will collect and process your personal data in order to be able to manage your request, as well as to carry out all the formalities or procedures necessary to process it.
f) By means of the “La Mêlée” contact form, which ADI makes available to you on the website www.healthdestination.ad so that you can make requests for information or queries, ADI will collect and process your personal data in order to process your request, as well as to carry out all the formalities or procedures necessary to fulfil your request.
3.2.-Legal basis of processing
Processing is carried out in accordance with any consent you may have given, as the case may be. You may withdraw this consent at any time, even though such withdrawal would make it impossible to continue processing your request.
3.3.- Retention period of personal data
In general, your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this document. Subsequently, your personal data will be kept for as long as it takes for the legal liabilities arising from the processing in question to expire, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

ADI does not carry out international transfers of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

In compliance with the LCPD, and the regulations that develop it, ADI informs you that, in order to exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion of your personal data, recognised by this regulation, you must send a written and signed communication to the e-mail address info@healthdestination.ad, to which you must attach a copy of your passport or other national identity document.
Furthermore, in accordance with the GDPR, if you are located in the European Union, in addition to the above rights, you may also exercise the following rights:
- right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing;
- where the processing is based on your consent, the right to withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of the data based on the consent prior to its withdrawal; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority within the European Union.
