TREATMENT DESCRIPTION

It is a programme to correct and reduce body discomfort derived from poor postural health or chronic injuries.

We will provide corrective knowledge of body posture, re-educating the body to achieve correction and alleviate pain. As well as specific treatments for the structural relocation of the body.

Designed for people coming out of an injury, suffering from chronic pain, pregnant women, postoperative…

1 night accommodation and breakfast based on a double room.
Spa circuit session: dynamic pool with massage jets, outdoor jacuzzi and solarium, indoor jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and contrast shower.
Postural gymnastics session with a personal trainer: a training system that combines mobility, strength and flexibility exercises, aiming to achieve body alignment so that the person assimilates the healthiest and most effective postural and movement patterns.
Theraphy massage: manual therapy used for the relaxation and recovery of the muscular tissue.
